Thank you!I have searched the internet for years and haven't been able to ever identify this vintage piece of Skechers Shoes advertising! Our guess is that is was a four sided elevated cube that held 4 flat paper, plastic or glass inserts that could be slid in the slots around the top. These, of course, could be changed with new releases of the Skechers shoes. Making it a very practical advertising display. I do not have any of the inserts/sides. It has a pole center that goes into the pedestal type base. This is a heavy metal piece of Skechers history. It is Barney the Dinosaur purple. It is in pretty good condition with some signs of use and wear. The pedestal base is off a slight bit, I am not sure if that was intentional. It is not a stool. It might have held four pairs of shoes as a display or even could be a school locker shoe storage rack, shelf.
