Published in London by Longman, Hurst ... 1818. Scarce book and early account of travel in the United States. Overall book is in Fair+ condition. Tough to grade. On the one hand the spine was rebont with a weird paper binding that was somehow attached probably with glue. Front board is loose and there is a gap to the spine area in a small hole at the front title page area (see photo). Also some foxing right at start heavy at title. On the other hand the interior once you are past the first few pages is very clean and in really good condition. I am going to give it a Fair + condition overall.
