SMALL Antique wood Framed F. MINER signed artwork #2

Description: Lookin' to Recycle the followin' to a new home: 1 fairly NICE LOOKING but not perfect Vintage Frame with a nice landscape farmhouse artwork. I Believe the artwork is chalk art, but could be an early litho but there is no dot pattern. Selling it as artwork since I am not positive on it being an original chalk painting( I’m not seeing remnants of chalk on inside of glass) . the art is marked, signed along bottom, think it says: F. MINER (Frederick Miner?)The Frame Measures about 7.75" x 5.75". Has glass. Viewable from front is 6.625” x 4.875” Condition: Very Good, THE ART LOOKS GREAT, As does the frame The artwork looks great. The glass is dirty at edges and this certainly can be hung as is but I’d switch out the string , maybe take it apart and clean glass thoroughly aand add a nail or two to secure back ( the nails, I should and will find time to do before shipping).
