Description: For sale is a vintage "SEYMOUR SMITH & SONS SNAP- CUT" garden/ grass shears. Has some rust and dirty spots, scuffs, scrapes. Blades may have a slight bend- all is solid. About 12 1/4" long with metal blades (around 51/4") and plastic handles. Scissors like action with top blade moving and bottom stationary. Lock on side. Does operate properly but likely needs a sharpening. No original (if ever had one) blade guard included. Please refer to the pictures and contact me if you have any questions.
