Description: You are bidding on an antique Sorrento Trinket Box Octagonal Shape with Inlay has lock but No Key in NICEcondition for its age. This trinket box has an inlay geometric pattern around the perimeter and along the edge of the octagonal top lid. The center of the lid has a inlay scene of a man & a woman sitting on a mule. The box is lined with red velvet and has the word "SORRENTO" in script on the inside of the lid. There are 2 brass hinges and skeleton type keyed lock but unfortunately no key (the box is unlocked). Condition (see pictures): This box is in good condition for its age. The lid fits snugly and the hinges are tight. There is some chipping of the veneer on the sides and a small chip on the lid (see pics). Look at the pictures and judge for yourself, this is a beautiful antique trinket box from Sorrento that is in good condition for its age.
