Description: This toy is brand new. The box shows only a little wear. The box has an approximate 1 and 1/2 inch split on the top at first glance I thought it was a seem but I do t think so. The split does not appear to go all the way through the flap. It has never been out of the box. When I push the button to have it talk it DOES NOT TALK. it makes a chirping sound. I am sure the battery is dead after 13 years. This is a deluxe talking action figure of Mr. Hankey from the popular animated TV series South Park.
