Description: USSR Order of the Red Banner of Labor, Type 2 Var 1, silver screw back with Mint Mark #9617, with "Mondvor" and Cyrillic maker mark "TP" in 7 o'clock position on the reverse, circa 1938 issue. Nice early piece from series made to replace the obsolete Type 1 "Triangle". In excellent condition, silver gilt, and enamel is in pristine condition. "Red Banner of Labor", weights 1.8 Oz, including the screw plate. The screw plate weights 0.3 grams.
