Description: This is an original colored map of Spencer, MA from 1870. This very rare and fragile map is in excellent condition considering it’s over 150 years old. It’s approximately 12“ x 14“ and although it shows normal aging marks, it is completely intact. What makes this map set unique is that it shows the names of the homeowners of the properties at the time with a little footprint mark showing where their home was. This original map would look great matted and framed. A great conversation piece.
