All items shipped are packed using ESD (Electro Static Device) protection and will pack accordingly to prevent any damage to the product. We ship via Fed-Ex (Domestic and International), USPS (Domestic 48 continental states). Return We offer 30-day warranty on all our products unless otherwise specified. Once the return is received, it can take up to 3 business days to process the return. In order for an order to be returned, buyer will have to first obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending item back. RMA number must be clearly visible on the return box for processing. We want to ensure that our customers receive the best service. If for any reason we are unable to replace the item, we guarantee a full refund. If you have placed an order and after receiving the item you realize that you ordered the wrong part or you no longer want the item please ship it back to us along with a 20% processing fee. We will not cover the shipping costs to have the item returned to us. For Factory Sealed products, all returns must include the original packaging as the item was received. For refurbished items, return product must be properly packed to prevent damage to the item during shipping. If item is lost in return shipment, we will not reimburse the payment.
