Description: This listing is for a Stanley no. 46 combination plane, original dated 1876. I have not been able to date the type, no other same plane found. The handle is also different from what I found, it is original to the plane. Full floral on a adjustable slide. The handle is different wood than the knob, and/or the fence. It all seems original. The (6) is a different size text than the 4 or the No. If anyone has a opinion for the type please feel free to advise. I am unfamiliar with this type of plane. All help or comments are appreciated.
