The white ink is opaque so that these decals show up on dark colors. Backing paper material is shown blue but may actually be off-white. It is shown blue to make the white decals more visible in the listing. Decals are bright white and can be seen on the off-white backing in person. This sheet is of Galactic Empire Logos suitable for use as tattoos or decal logos on figures, equipment and/or vehicles. Logo Sizes are approximately 12mm, 10mm, 6.5mm and 4.6mm in diameter. Sheet is approximately 4.25 inches x 3.5 inches. Waterslide decals will not work nor are they intended for use on human skin. The decals are printed on a continuous sheet and will require you to cut them out.
