Back of tips are stamped Sterling. The gold toned decorations appear to be plated brass, I don't know if they are gold filled, it's reasonable to think they might be but are not guaranteed to be gold filled. You can see noticeable plating loss on the gold toned details. The stones are of mother of pearl. The inside watch lug bars/pins measure 9mm wide. The length of the watch tip is about 25mm and is about 15mm wide at the widest (approximately 1" long and 5/8" wide).
