Description: This is an original 1936 paper cover printing of "Stories About Henry," an elementary reader written by James S. Tippett, beautifully illustrated by Helen Torrey, and published by World Book Company. Overall, the copy being offered is in fair condition. You'll see in my first four photos that the covers have heavy wear, noticeable stains (including a water stain near the top of the front cover), and a school stamp on the back cover. The strings attaching the covers to the binding are coming apart, leaving the covers a little loose. Inside, the pages are well-bound and still rather clean, but stains, smudges, wrinkles, pencil marks, and a few tears do occur; many examples of these can be seen in my photos.
