If your auction ends after Monday at 8pm CST it will go out the following week. If you need a different shipping day let us know and we will work with you as best we can. We only ship overnight express with either Fedex or UPS. If temps are greater than 90 Or lower than 60 we would prefer to ship to a hub but will ship to home address if someone is present at time of delivery to immediately bring package inside and unpack. Travel stressed fish often will bounce back with some time in a proper tank/pond setup. If however they do not please notify us immediately. The DOA claim must be received within 2 hours of time stamped receipt from carrier. Please be home and ready to receive package. If the DOA is caused by Fedex/UPS (crushed box, etc we will have to file a claim with them so prompt notification will result in quicker refund process. We recommend quarantining the fish for a reasonable length of time before introducing them to your collection. Fish are measured from nose to tip of tail.
