It includes the original game cartridge, box, manual, instruction insert, and insert tray, all in good /acceptable condition with some noticeable wear. The box has some noticeable shelfwear and scuffing around the edges, and some noticeable dents and crush damage. The insert tray has some crush damage. The manual is missing the cover pages (see photos), has some heavy creases, wear, and small tears, but is complete. The game cartridge is clean with some minor yellowing on the back. See above for photos of the actual item you will receive. I have personally cleaned this game's contacts with isopropyl alcohol and played it for a half-hour on my modified SNES. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever. In addition, the battery backup still holds and creates saved games with no issues.
