Description: PLEASE READ THIS DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY!......Nice 4.5" tall "Antrax" action figure from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) "5th Anniversary" series of action figures made by Playmates and dated 1991. He comes still sealed on his original blister packed card. The packaging on this figure is in very nice shape with a little light edge & corner wear. The "PUNCH" on this card had been pressed (bent out) out of the original "perforation" but it has been pressed back in and is still attached to the card. There is some light stress lines to the right of the hanger. See the several pics I have attached to get a better idea on the condition of this piece.
