Native to the tropical and subtropical regions of Brazil, the Thanksgiving cactus is not your typical cactus—it is actually an epiphyte that grows naturally from trees and branches in jungle environments. They prefer to stay on the moist side of dry, but will tolerate a missed watering. Shade lover in warmer months. Summer to Fall temperature changes will stimulate blooms.
