Published in 1942 by Alfred A. Knopf, New York. Overall the book is in Fair condition. The jacket is in fair- condition. There is chipping, browning, creases and some tearing to the jacket. Several pieces of the jacket are missing at the bottom of the front of the jacket, the top of the back of the jacket and along the spine. Wear, scuffing and discoloration to the red boards. Browning to the pages, particularly at the front and rear end pages. There are a few creases and small rips to some of the pages. Other dings here and there.
