The CD comes in an unsnapped Snap-pack digipak card sleeve, and the lyrics from both of the featured songs are printed inside the gatefold sleeve. The photographs shown are of the actual item for sale which is still all in near-mint condition. The word ‘Sample’ is etched in English and Japanese around the middle of the actual disc.
