Description: For sale is a 45 RPM vinyl single by The Dovells titled "Bristol Stomp b/w Letters Of Love", originally released in 1961 by Parkway Records, a division of Cameo-Parkway Records. I bought this record used, professionally cleaned it on my VPI HW-17 machine and immediately put it into an archival inner sleeve, then into a storage box for seven inch 45 RPM vinyl records, that was kept under optimum conditions for both temperature and humidity until today. In the dead wax between the labels and the last tracks is machine stamped "Bell Sound" and "Audio Matrix" in italics, indicating that the record was mastered at Bell Sound Studios of New York City, N.Y., then it was lacquered at Audio Matrix, located in The Bronx, New York, before this single was made. These are hallmarks of state-of-the-art engineering, sought after by collectors and music lovers for their superior sound qualities. The vinyl is visually graded between Good Plus (Side Two) and Very Good (Side One) because of superficial sleeve marks and hairline surface scratches, along with a scuff on Side Two that can be felt with a fingertip. I'm play grading this single between Good Plus and Very Good because of surface noise on both sides and ticking at the end of Side Two, none of which over-powers the vocals or music. It plays all the way through without any skips or lock-ups from start to finish. This would be a welcome addition to anyone's collection. Please read all descriptions and look at all pictures, as this is a final sale and I do not accept returns. Thank you for viewing my listing. I've been collecting records for more that 50 years and always clean them before and after playback to keep them in a pristine condition. I try to describe them to the best of my ability and use record grading guidelines like the Goldmine rating system as reference. Since retiring, I've begun to sell my very esoteric collection via my Ebay store (bobsanalogemporium) and will offer discounts for multiple sales. I always pack the items for sale in an archival inner sleeve, then put them in either a Kraft paper bubble mailer with sturdy cardboards or cardboard record mailers, always with the records separate from the jackets or its original picture sleeve, then sandwiched between sturdy cardboards before shipping. Please read all descriptions carefully and note all pictures before-hand, as I do not accept returns. Please visit my Ebay store for records, 45's, cassette tapes and comics of all different genres. They're predominately Near Mint. Thank you viewing my listing.
