Description: For sale here is a rare Criterion Collection Blu-ray (spine #549) of the 1971 film "THE LAST PICTURE SHOW", directed by Peter Bogdanovich. This blu-ray was originally part of the Criterion "America Lost and Found: The BBS Story" blu-ray box set, which retails for $124.95 (it's currently "on sale" for $99.95). ONLY the "The Last Picture Show" blu-ray is being offered here. NO other discs or packaging from the BBS Story box set are included. Because it came from a Criterion box set, this blu-ray disc comes in a "slimline" case with a cardboard cover, wrapped around a hard plastic disc retainer. The cover is designed to look like weathered paper, but this is only the graphics. The cover may have minor dents at some of the corners (see the attached photos for details), but it is overall in good shape. The blu-ray disc is in excellent condition. As an added "Bonus", I will also be including the 110-page, illustrated "America Lost and Found: The BBS Story" booklet that came with the set (see the final image). This Criterion Collection edition of "The Last Picture Show" includes lots of "Special Edition" features. Take a look at the pictures of the back and inside of the case for all of the contents.
