This rare treasure has some very clearly visible wear/age, but is still in Highly Desirable, Highly Collectible condition! The wear, however, should be carefully examined/considered BEFORE buying. Some general/shelf/age wear along with... A stamp on the front pastedown, (inside front board). The stamp has been somewhat obscured by scuffing and marks, but is still clearly visible. Scuffing/rips/marks/creases/wear to the spine and boards. The wear is particularly noticeable near/along the edges and on the spine. In particular, please note the considerable wear near/along the top edge of the spine! Creases/marks/foxing/scuffing/rips/wear to the pages. All of the pages have, to varying degrees, some very clearly visible wear, but the wear is particularly noticeable on certain pages. Please also note that a majority of the pages are uncut! In simple terms, it means that some of the pages are attached to each other and to be viewed/read the top edge must be cut/opened. Internal writing. There are some very noticeable marks on a few of the pages. Wear to the binding. While all of the pages are present, there is come cracking/pulling away at certain areas, (the areas that connects the pages to the spine and boards). There are some noticeable rips and the webbing exposed. The pages/book should be handled/opened with care to avoid further damage and possible detachment. All of the wear previously mentioned is very clearly visible and should be carefully examined/considered. We tend to grade the condition of our books rather harshly and took into consideration any and all wear when determining the value of this rare book.
