Description: The Mysteries of Paris, a Novel. By Eugene Sue, no copyright date (there is a letter from the author to the editor of Journal des Debats on the last page, dated 1843). This is the fifth installment of the series. The book begins with page 129 and ends with 347. There are several paragraphs and then chapter 19 on the first page. The pages have some spotting and some have little tears. The covers/spine have a lot of wear, especially the spine, which is crumbling and has tape on it. The binding seems to be staying in place though (covers are attached). The book measures 11.75" x 8". Be sure to visit my store for more hard to find books! Shipping combined whenever possible.
