One of the Bolts has a silver ring around it which his the way this set came when I bought these new. (See Pics) Tit doesn’t really matter as you will typically never see that part of the bolt head when these are installed. It was on like that on the one bolt. The rest of them are fully coated with the Green finish. You can tell by the threads these have never been installed. Since these have been in Storage for so long I’m listing these as New-Other. They will come in the original plastic bag packaging they came to me from Dans Comp back in the day which is pictured. These were purchased over 10 years ago for a bike build that never happened and I’ve since sold most all of the other green bike parts I had for the build. I just found these in a box of parts I was going through while cleaning out one of my storage units. Please review all pics as they are part of the description.
