This book is a leather bound original copy of the 1919 Treaty of Peace between the Allied plus associated powers and Germany; this is commonly know as The Treaty of Versailles as well as the treaty between France and Great Britain, commonly know as The Treaty of Saint Germain. It's always been in a climate controlled environment and never been displayed next to a window/sunlight.
