The four center pages of a 20-page booklet about the Supreme Court issued between 1972, when Justice Rehnquist and Justice Powell were sworn in, and 1975, when Justice Douglas retired. Complete in itself, the first page (page 9) pictures the entire Supreme Court and a photograph and biography of Chief Justice WARREN E. BURGER, beneath which he has signed. The succeeding pages (pages 10-12) feature pictures of the eight associate justices with biographies. Justices WILLIAM O. DOUGLAS, WILLIAM J. BRENNAN, JR., POTTER STEWART, THURGOOD MARSHALL, BYRON R. WHITE, HARRY A. BLACKMUN, WILLIAM H. REHNQUIST and LEWIS F. POWELL have signed beneath or next to his photograph.
