The back of the lithograph is shown in photo 6. The art comes with COA. An established French and Israeli artist, born in 1927, in Israel - passed away in November 2012 in Cagnes sur Mer, France. Theo Tobiasse works in a figurative style.He began drawing while confined to his apartment during the German occupation of Paris, and later found employment with various advertising companies in Paris and Nice. In 1960 his work was noticed at the Palais de la Mediterranee exhibition of young artists, giving him a wider audience, and allowing him to work as an artist full time.His subjects evolved towards reminiscences of his childhood mixed with Biblical or erotic fantasies.
