Description: This is an offering for an original Tournament Strong 2 color twin system. This Mid-Twin is our entry level 2 color injection machine. Our mid-twin consists of (2) 6 quart presto pots and (2) matching standard stirrers all assembled using a tournament strong bare twin. Each 6 quart presto pot is heat controlled: meaning you pour your plastisol, turn on the pot and stirrer then prepare your colors, glitters and molds. In a short amount of time you will have enough plastic to shoot all of your molds. Now imagine having 2 pots of plastic to shoot with. The matching stirrers are completely speed controlled (important) when your plastic gets low in your pots you need to slow it down. If you use salt in your plastic or heavy saltwater plastisol consider upgrading to monster motors (Monster mid-twin) for the high torque. With a twin you can out produce just about anything. Personally I have shot over 3000 worms in 10 hours. Needed: A twin injector that is 3 1/2" between centers and 1 1/2" diameter per injector or get one of our loaded twin injectors. Tournament Strong has there loaded twin 6oz (12oz total) injector. Most of the quality twin injectors are the correct size. If you have 20 amp breakers in your shop/garage you will need to dedicate one breaker to this unit. 25A or 30A is preferred. What makes this unit so fast? You will leave your injector in your plastic between shoots so you don't have to clean it out after every shoot. All you need to do is clean out your blending block and de mold. What really makes it fast is the clean-up. Once the pots cool down a little you just peel it all out and pour for you next color. The stirring paddles clean just as easy using a little worm oil. The one thing that a lot of people over look is the portability of this unit. I would say 1/3 of these units are sold to Pro anglers who travel from lake to lake. They get to their next lake and dial in their colors make a few hundred of their favorite baits and go win some money. You can setup and start shooting in less than an hour.
