This primer sands easily wet or dry and can be directly topcoated with alkyd enamels, acrylic enamels, alcquers and basecoat/clearcoat systems. Mix ratio is 4:1:1 (four parts primer, to one part activator, to one part Transtar urethane reducer based on shop temperature).
