The 1911 style rod also makes it easier to fine-tune P320 performance to operator preference by using standard 1911 tuning springs. These guide rods are over-engineered to perform and exceed expected mechanical use. Each guide rod is precision ground to tight tolerances using specially selected US sourced, high-grade tungsten that is then finished with a high-polish, low-friction surface for extremely smooth cycling and excellent wear resistance that lasts longer and performs better than standard steel guide rods.
