Heavily ruffled, these are mounted onto comfortable 2" elastic bands and they stretch a great deal. A ladies size 14 could fit into the large adult. There is no size large child, this size goes into the small adult. The actual item is shown in my photograph. The models are showing items that don't come with the tutu.
