Description: Two Piece Aluminum Long Handle Sand Scoop . We designed this scoop to be light weight and very functional .We punch 1/2 inch holes in this scoop for Superior sifting of wet or dry sand . More holes than any other scoop like it on the market today .This scoop is made entirely out of Aluminum .The scoop measures 5 inches in diameter and is 9 1/2 " inches tall .The mouth and bottom of the scoop are made of thick 090 gauge Aluminum .The scoop body has 1/2 inch holes punched in the side and bottom of the scoop .Our scoops have more holes for faster sifting of dry or wet sand. Welded on the back of the scoop is a reinforcing plate for extra strength .The handle on the scoop is 16 inches long .The second handle is 24 inches long for a total handle length of 40 inches .The second handle slides over the handle welded on the scoop for a tight fit and is held in place by a stainless steel bolt that is included .This enables you to break down the scoop for travel .The handle is made of strong 1 1/4 inch diameter tubing and has our comfortable 14 inch foam rubber hand grip.
