The one in the PIC is the one you get .. standard size .. .. and it's a very well done / fully licensed / enameled logo .. and mounted it to a standard size chrome plated neckplate. You get the plate, a set of 4 of the thicker diameter screws which I prefer as well as the black gasket, which you can use or not use ... If you are fitting this to a guitar you have, it's usually best to use your old screws if possible . Always measure your fitment on a replacement plate so that you don't end up driving a screw all the way thru your fretboard .. The plate kit you see in the pics is the exact plate you get. Will it make you play better ..?? Probably not. But it sure looks cool .. I'll add one final note .. if your axe ever gets stolen, this will make it pretty easy to identify.
