Due to supply chains, the replacement may be a different color but it will work. As long as your buttons match to one of the three shown exactly this remote is compatible! We can order remotes for other Sealy frames but you must view our other Ebay listings as most bases are not cross-compatible. If your buttons from your old remote do not match these exactly this will not work and you will be responsible for return shipping and restock fees.
