Description: Listed here is an U S Air Force 4th Wing Insignia Badge Crest Patch which is subdued. This patch is old new stock and was never issued or used and is in outstanding condition for its age. The 4th Wing was first designed in 1991 and was in operation under this designation until 1995 when the unit was redesignated as the 4th Fighter Wing at Seymour Johnson AFB, North Carolina which makes this patch obsolete.
