What is the difference between used or refurbished vending machines? Used Machines - These are machines that came from a recent truckload, they have been tested and confirmed to be fully functional. In some cases, these machines might be missing or having some parts that are not functioning properly, when this happens, only parts affecting proper operation of the machine are replaced as needed, these include coin & bill acceptors, motors or control board if the current components faulty and affecting the proper and safe operation of the machine. On the other hand, other parts not affecting operation such as light bulb, body imperfections including scratches, dents, cleanliness of the of the inside and outside are left as is. The buyer can save lot of money by cleaning or painting these machines. These machines come with a 30-day warranty on parts that affect proper operation of the machine.Refurbished Machines - These are machines that have been fully inspected, cleaned, painted and all part needing attention have been replaced. The interior and exterior have been clean to the best possible, which means all areas easy to reach are fully cleaned, and some other area not easily reachable are clean to the best we can. These machines come with a 90-day warranty on parts that affect proper operation of the machine.Shipping/Handling - We ship to all 48 lower US states, it's cheaper to ship to commercial facilities with a forklift or loading dock, please allow 7-14 days to get your order ready for freight pick up. If you would like these machines to be ship anywhere else, we would appreciate an email to let us know so we can generate the correct bill of landing. Additional fee may apply depending on the zip code or facility type such as residential, storage, government building as well as the type of service needed at the delivery point such as lift gate. All deliveries at door to door, the freight company is not set up for inside delivery, so if you would require inside delivery, we recommend that you reach out to local movers to facilitate the transition. All machines ship on 48x40 pallets, and most machines on the pallet are between 79-82 inches tall, please take this into consideration for all entry way clearances. Returns/Refunds - Returns/Refunds are treated on case by case. Depending on the reason of the reason, the buyer might receive a full or partial refund. We typically do we refund freight cost already incurred; however, if the reason of the return is for machines that have been damaged beyond repairs and were signed off a damaged when they were received, we will take full responsibility and arrange for the return at no cost to the buyer.Returns for any other reasons including reasons beyond our control, and not deemed critical to warrant a return, the buyer will incur the shipping cost both ways, but we will arrange for shipment and refund will be issued once the machine is returned to us in the same condition it left the warehouse.Cancellations - We understand that life events beyond our control happen all the time. If you made a purchase and decided to cancel it before we ship it, we will issue a full refund in most cases; however, if the machine is in transit already and the freight cost has already been incurred, we will simply pass those cost to you. Additionally, any non-refundable selling fees paid to eBay will also be passed on to the buyer.
