We inspect all items and make professional repairs if and when needed. Some may have stains, writing, color fading, small repairs, or surface rust but no holes larger than a pin. The Hydration Backpack may have a crack in the sternum strap buckle. They are still functional however we found this to be a design flaw, the gear is fully usable. Some of the frames may have a hairline fracture but not a full crack and does not affect the frames performance. If an issue does happen to come up, we will be more than happy to make it right.
