Kitty Hawk was both the first and last active ship of her class, and the last oil fired aircraft carrier in service with the US Navy. My company was under contract with the US Navy to provide emblematic coffee cups to the individual ship stores. These cups referred to as “Victory Mugs” are a staple onboard the navy ships.
