Bare roots shipping plants may arrive wilted and will perk up and bounce back after potted. It's common to have some soil spillage on potted shipping plants. I will ship ASAP when payment is received, and generally ship from Mon – Thurs. I sometimes ship on Fri. if it’s a cactus/succulent or plant that I think can stay in box over the weekend. Payment: All payment must due within 3 days of purchase. If a payment is not made in 3-7 days and I don’t receive any response from you, I reserve the right to relist the item.
