It’s a rare piece of music history and a great addition for collectors of early 20th-century folk and country records. The record has been visually inspected and is in G+ (Good Plus) condition. The A-side shows some minor surface scratches and light scuffs. There is a sizable chip on the outer edge that does not extend into the playing grooves of the A-side but slightly touches the grooves on the B-side. The inlay is worn and faded around the center, but all text is still visible. No original sleeve is included, but the record will be shipped in a new acid-free sleeve, carefully packed and sandwiched between sturdy cardboard for safe transit.
