I am the original owner. The cd has zero scratches or scuffs on it. I think I loaded it only once and then put it back in the box. I never opened the manuals or the maps, so they are pretty fresh and are to be considered in Mint condition. Everything is pretty much crispy, mint, fresh, no dog ears, no creases, handled very few times. From a pet free, smoke free home. Box was always stored in an air-conditioned dark environment. There is no yellowing of any of the papers. The only issue is the one side of the box has a small issue. Look at the photos!
