This appears to be a Nishijin factory variation of a rare machine with Chevrolet emblem in the top left center, and further marked in the center " OPEN ONE-SIDE ". I have never seen another one and there does not appear to be any mention of it; or literature in the online databases. Please let me know if you have any info and I will add it to the description.
