Don't be fooled by companies making repair claims on Vibraderms, they usually ship the repair out to our service repair centers as a third party. We have engineers on staff for immediate repairs. If the item can't be repaired we have brand new replacement base units and hand pieces that can be shipped the same day. We stock brand new Vibraderm Systems, Brand New Hand Pieces and also refurbished hand pieces. We repair all various models of the Vibraderm system. Most common problems with your system will be limited to the hand piece. These hand pieces have very small and sensitive parts inside which can wear out over time. Also another problem to be concerned with is the handling of the hand piece. Often when we receive the hand pieces it is evident that the hand piece has been accidentally dropped or abused. The motor inside of the hand piece is secured by two moving arms which rotate while moving back and forth. When the hand piece is dropped this usually either bends or breaks one or both of these moving arms on the motor. This usually causes the handpiece to either become HOT or NOISY or worst case scenario all vibration is lost.
