"Bright cut" - short cuts made with a polished engraving tool, causing the exposed surface to reflect light. J. Gloster was known for this technique, making their pieces highly collectible. Very fine engraving on both the front and the back. Monogrammed "WFB" in ornate, bordered cartouche. Snaps shut tightly. Small - measuring approximately 1 5/8" in length. Large thick jump ring.
