Technically the guide is new since I never read it and never used it otherwise, however that doesn't mean it came totally mint from the store. But it's close! These are the flaws I've noted: - Some small bend/creases, one in the front bottom open corner, and one on the back open corner as well. I took up close photos of them. - Light general wear if anything, but very minor. The original price sticker is on it but might be able to be removed with a skilled hand. I don't dare try it so that I don't risk damage to it. - Otherwise a crisp, smooth guide with crisp pages and good corners! The flaws can be seen in the pictures, with some up close like the corner creases. For the Nintendo Gamecube version of the game.Please judge the photos carefully for yourself. It looks very nice in person in my opinion, very glossy!
