Description: Adorable, and fun, vintage 1930s Mabel Lucie Atwell illustrated, greeting card and postcard. The greeting card is used, with some handwriting in pencil, dated 1939 on the inside of the card. It measures 5” 3/4 tall by 3” 3/8 wide. It does have some creasing on the inside of the card. Marked Valentine and Sons London. Also has some tape marks inside of the card. The postcard is unused and very unique, it has a folding f tab of souvenir black and white photos from Birmingham England. The back is unused or postmarked. It does have the common paper peeling on the corners as shown in the photos. These are perfect for 1930s Kewpie-like doll and ephemera collectors. Nice start to a collection.
