Description: A darling vintage 1940's tilt hat! Fashioned in lovely light chartreuse felt. Beautifully styled! Featuring a rolled brim, topped with a sweet cluster of felt flowers! The backdrop and matching back strap comfortably keep the hat in place on the wearer. The hat measures approx. 7 inches across. The interior is lined with a grosgrain band liner. Labeled New York Creation, absolutely adorable! In beautiful vintage condition with minor wear consistent with age. There are a couple scattered moth nips in the felt (mostly on the backdrop).
