Description: This is a vintage brown leather hand tooled and red suede drawstring handbag from the 1940s or 50s. There are no tags in the handbag so I don't know where it was made. It's a great size, not large, and measures 10" across x 7" wide and 6"high. The floral hand tooled leather has initials JVC embossed on each side. Many of the hand tooled handbags in the 40s and 50s had initials of the person who owned them. The handbag is in very good condition, the red suede does have a little bit of soil due to its age, but not bad. I have had this handbag in my vintage handbag collection for years.
