It has a beautiful floral embroidery stitching. There is a loose thread in the front and a bit of the stitching is missing in the back panel as seen in the last two images! I beliefe the black ribbon was added on, but I am not sure 100%. I am not quite sure of the era but it's definitely quite old and deserves a home were it's going to be appreciated.
