Vintage Taylor Smith Taylor bread plate from the "Conversation" line. It's a black, white, and gold rooster plate. Kind of a square plate with 4 rings of gold and a gold and black rooster in the middle. Date stamp of 6-52. Design by Walter Dorwin Teague. Cockerel pattern. Probably made June of 1952. The "Conversation" line was discontinued in 1953. Very little wear. About 6 ¼". Found this one all by itself in the buffet and thought it was cute.
